Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and require a new non-refundable deposit to secure any future booking. Guest Policy No guests are permitted in the service area during your appointment. If your guest must accompany you, comfortable seating is available in the Salon waiting area.
